Psychological Laboratory
Our long term experience has shown that psychological assessment
not only assists in the recruitment process but also supports
changes in the organisations. It allows for identifying the most
important features for a specific job, in addition to assessing
the candidates’ professional experience. After assessing the current
human capital potential, a company may prepare development plans
for both the organisation and the employees. The competencies
key at specific positions may be then developed or shaped.
For many years we have been using modern methods of diagnosing
the personality, professional predispositions and competencies.
These are psychological tests approved by the Polish Psychological
Association: personality, motivation, interest or IQ tests. The
methodology of testing ensures objective and accurate assessment
of personality, working and management styles, motivation, attitudes
and values of the employees or candidates.
