HR Business Partner

Location: Warsaw

Role description

We are looking for a motivated professional who will join our HR team. This is not a traditional HRBP role as we are not a traditional corporation. We need someone who can and will creatively achieve results rather than just strictly follow our HR processes. HR works closely with production to allow business growth through people.

Responsibilities:

• Individual development process for people in various managerial positions and high potentials

• Supporting business in all issues related to employee development, as well as facilitating and

coordinating of HR processes such as annual appraisal, people reviews and others

• Providing proactive advice for business leaders

• Delivering and facilitating training programs for production leadership

• Leading or participating in various HR projects – creating an idea, communicating and

influencing others, planning and completing the project

Requirements:

• Higher education degree, preferably psychology

• Experience of minimum of 3 years in similar position, preferably in a large, dispersed company

• Experience of working autonomously and setting your own goals

• A collaborative style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions

• Preferably certificate to use psychometric tools, such as Hogan Assessment

• Ability to travel to our facilities on a regular basis
